Mark began his career as a combat and civil engineer. His first role was in UK’s 5 Airborne Brigade, where he was a jungle warfare instructor and helicopter-abseil despatcher, and qualified demolitions and watermanship officer for 11 years before moving into the business world for thirty years.
He set up the international leadership development consultancy, MarkTwo Consulting, in 2002 and provides advanced leadership courses face to face for organisations on 6 of the 7 continents, and anywhere virtually.
For over 30 years Mark has worked with companies and senior executives in companies to turn disengaged and unproductive staff into high-performing teams.
