You agree not to modify or alter the content in any way, or make it available to any third parties.

Delivery Policy

Books

Books will be dispatched within seven working days of receipt of an order and after payment is made in full.

Customs & Duties

For any orders shipped outside of Australia the customer is the importer of record and will be responsible for all customs import duties and sales tax charges. These charges vary in each country and are outside of MarkTwo Consulting’s control. Contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or sales taxes may be imposed.

Delivery Estimates

MarkTwo Consulting makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. However the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events.

By placing an order, you agree not to hold MarkTwo Consulting liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

Cancellation Policy

MarkTwo PUBLIC & Accreditation Courses (excluding retreats & immersion programs)

No refunds will be given for any cancellation after the early bird date of a course expires, however someone may replace a participant at no charge provided that they meet the course pre-requisite requirements. Or a participant may transfer to a later course and in this case a 'Transfer Fee' applies (see below). Alternatively please send written requests to the address at Contact Us

Alternatively if notice of a cancellation is received in writing at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before the early bird date expires then the participant concerned will be refunded 50% of the course and only incur a loss of 50% on the course price.

Conversely, if MarkTwo Consulting cancels the program at any stage due to insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.) then participants will be given a 100% refund on their monies subject to the 'Refund Policy' (see below for more details) and less any resources already provided such the UHM online personality questionnaire.

Course Transfer Fees

Participants transferring to another MarkTwo course will be charged transfer fees. To transfer to another course, notice must be received in writing at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and an additional payment made of 20% of the course fee. A maximum of two transfers per enrolments for a particular program may be made.

INTERNATIONAL Retreats

By attending the Retreat you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the venue where the Retreat is held. You are liable for any damages/penalties raised by the venue if you break any of their terms and conditions (it is recommended that you read these before attending).

Cancellations

If cancellation is received from you in writing more than 120 days before departure then any monies paid will be refunded to you in full (less any resources already provided such the UHM online personality questionnaire). Any cancellation made between 91-119 days will result in the loss of your AUD$491 deposit. Any cancellation between 90 days and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your monies will be refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended if there is any possibility that you might have to cancel your trip. MarkTwo Consulting reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede trip operations. The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release MarkTwo Consulting from any further liability. A trip cancellation due to insufficient numbers would normally occur at least two months prior to departure, unless acts of God, war, strikes or other events impede our departure causing large numbers of participants opt to cancel participation on the journey in the last days before departure.

Extended Stay

Accommodation is included in the price of the Retreat and covers accommodation from start to finish of the Retreat only. If you decide to stay longer, or are unable to leave the location/country of the retreat because of natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors, then all additional accommodation, food and ancillary costs are to be borne by you and MarkTwo Consulting will not be liable for any extra costs you incur.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.

Advance Payments

MarkTwo Consulting must make substantial payments to suppliers (including providers of land travel) far in advance of the scheduled date on which we embark. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), MarkTwo Consulting will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. MarkTwo Consulting will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered, if any (as per the 'Cancellation Policy' above). However, MarkTwo Consulting does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceeding in foreign lands. This policy applies to a trip cancellation by the choice of the client following any necessary increase in trip costs.

Addressing

If a product is found to be mis-addressed by MarkTwo Consulting then MarkTwo Consulting shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then MarkTwo Consulting will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.

Incorrect Bank Account Number

MarkTwo Consulting gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by MarkTwo Consulting, then MarkTwo Consulting will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.

Mailing Cash

MarkTwo Consulting does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, MarkTwo Consulting accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.

Cancelling Orders

MarkTwo Consulting reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use or a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing.

A minimum 30% deposit (non-refundable) is required with your registration. Full payment is required prior to the start of the program.

Access to MarkTwo’s Psychological Testing Services

Full fees are payable on purchase of test.  No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
