Background and Experience

Katie is an experienced executive search consultant instrumental for many exceptional hires into organisations, bringing value which directly and often immediately affects a company's market standing. She combines her experience in executive search with executive career development and coaching to help individuals achieve their potential.

Katie's knowledge of global executive search has been acquired from more than 12 years experience working on assignments including ASX Listed Board, FTSE100, CEO and C-suite roles. Katie has considerable knowledge across all functional corporate roles and has developed expertise in several specialist areas.

Most recently with Russell Reynolds Associates in Australia, Katie formed part of the global Industrial & Natural Resources team, gaining particular insights into both Asian and Australian markets. Before moving to Australia with her husband and two children, Katie was based in London with Whitehead Mann and specialised in the vibrant Consumer Goods and Retail sectors at a challenging time due to the flourishing European economy.

Katie strongly believes that understanding and being able to accurately assess a candidate's soft skills contributes a significant part towards the success of a hire, with both immediate and long term benefits to the organisation and fulfilment of the individual.
