Unfortunately, Covid-19 is not going away anytime soon.

There are very difficult times for so many people and we all hope it will end soon. However, it is now generally accepted that it won't, so…As the Boy Scout’s message implores:

“Be prepared”, for:
1. The reality that remote/hybrid working is here to stay indefinitely.
2. The mental health and economic impacts of continued lockdowns.
3. Opening up, while having ways to protect the elderly and vulnerable who are at such a high risk from this illness.

To make “Remote Work” work, you need to answer numerous questions including:
1. How can you maximise the benefits of remote work and minimise mental health challenges for your team and their personalities?
2. What you can do to adapt to remote work specific to your personality and innate intelligence?
3. How to incorporate different levels of decision-making (tactical, operational and strategic) so you can gain the advantages of remote/hybrid work?
4. Why remote working requires you to create an innovative and self-aware workforce?
