Our personality model suggests that for any group of humans to be successful over a long period of time, there needs to be at least 8 types of personality, with each being more advantageous in different situations.

We are all unique individuals but there are only 8 distinct neuro-styles.

1.   Preserver style - prefers to review information
2.   Adventurer style - prefers to experience things
3.   Artist style - prefers to value feelings
4.   Helper style - prefers to be in harmony with other people
5.   Scientist style - prefers to analyze the theory
6.   Director style - prefers to systemize using models or theories
7.   Seer style - prefers to imagine a new future
8.   Ideator style - prefers to brainstorm and come up with ideas

We all have each of these elements within in us but tend to be driven by two much more than the others, and one most of all.
