Quantitative Result:

133 of the most senior managers and staff from Sydney Ports Corporation completed an "immersion" leadership development program with MarkTwo Consulting, including executive and senior managers, and high potential staff. Overall, out of the 133 course participants:

• 100% of participants reported that they would recommend this training to others,
• 95% of participants have rated program 5 out of 5 in terms of whether they have learned valuable new skills/knowledge (the other 5% rated it 4 out of 5).
