Parth is a results-driven Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer with over 30 years of leadership training, coaching, and executive mentoring experience. He has a proven track record of empowering business leaders, guiding continuous improvement strategies, implementing quality management systems, and transforming businesses through corporate training, coaching, and mentoring.

Parth’s early career started at Ford Motor Company and progressed through Engineering and Production Management roles with accountability for managing a high-volume Production environment.  These roles include the day-to-day leadership and development of 350 staff, managing the operating budget, and setting tactical objectives linked to organisational strategy. 

His career highlights at Ford Motor Company included the Head of Quality and Customer Satisfaction for Ford Australia and New Zealand.  Parth’s passion for building high performing teams and creating structures and systems for sustained change gained him the reputation of being a high achiever and an empathetic mentor and coach.  

The varied experiences that helped Parth build his leadership and coaching capability included roles such as the Vice President of the Monash University Table Tennis Club, 5-time grand final winning Captain in indoor cricket, a stint in the Australian Army Cadets, leading the Ford Broadmeadows Community Affairs Committee, mentor in the Youth at Risk Program, being General Manager of Engineering and Business Systems at Sumitomo Wiring Systems (Australia) and leading volunteer for Parkrun Australia.

Parth brings a refreshing approach to inspiring organisational purpose, vision and strategy, and to guide people, organisations and community to lead themselves to fulfilment.
