Background and Experience

John has over 15 years both creating and managing high performance teams in senior corporate roles. He has developed a great understanding of what is required to create high performing teams and cultures, and has a track record showing he can put this understanding into practise.

John has honed his skills across a diverse range of areas which are critical in leading people, including communication, change management and facilitation, and knowing how to lead and when to manage.

With a strong passion for people, John has experienced the challenge in balancing high pressure deliverables with people’s development needs and a high performing culture.

His passion for developing leaders and the value it can bring to both the individual and an organization, has led him to successfully create internal leadership forums, lead change management programs and implement people focused strategies, ultimately assisting people reach their full potential.
