Background and Experience

Over the past 21 years, Roger has worked with a number of retail clients here in Australia as well as overseas helping them to improve their customer service and increase their sales. He does this by facilitating training courses for frontline managers that improves the way they communicate, coach, lead and motivate their teams.

Roger is expert in retail. He is passionate about retail and the need for retailers to step up to combat the many challenges facing the industry at the moment. He is also dedicated to helping frontline managers’ better deal with ongoing performance challenges to lift overall performance.

He has facilitated for decades having trained over 5000 frontline managers in the skills of delegation, effective communication, recruitment and on the job coaching. He has spent many hours ‘on the ground’ in stores following the completion of training courses assisting course attendees to implement the coaching skills they have just learnt.
