Course Course Aim: To increase participants' potential to influence and communicate effectively to others in order to improve their ability to meet organisational targets

Course Description: Workshop Format

Course Outcomes:

  • Understanding human perception and what it means for influencing
  • Enhanced use of the influencing process
  • Ability to consciously use the three channels of communication
  • Insights into how to best influence the different personality styles
  • Having the principles of negotiation (and power plays that are used)
  • Ability to use matching and mirroring in influencing others (and to be more resistant to influence)
  • Improved influencing skills and communication in the workplace (and alignment in the organisation)
