Course Aim: To improve participants' relationship skills in order to maximise development of a workplace learning environment (This is a core module)

Course Description: Workshop Format and includes skill practices with option to use actors

  • Practiced in effective coaching process
  • Knowledge of the key differences between coaching, mentoring, teaching and counselling (and acknowledgement of the natural and formal consequences arising from improvements)

  • Insights into advanced coaching techniques (and how to us proactive and reactive coaching)
  • Improved questioning and development techniques
  • Ability to use core relationship skills in all situations
  • Improved team morale and active support for a learning organisation
