Course Outcomes

  • Increased self-leadership
  • Understanding of the four types of intelligence and increased evidence of them in the workplace (IQ, EI-emotional intelligence, SQ-spiritual intelligence and physical intelligence)
  • Insights into why the need for balance between the intelligence and self-awareness of followers
  • Clarity around the seven levels of human motivation, own deep motivational drivers and what they can do leverage off them and develop them (includes an on-line motivational questionnaire and report)
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in the workplace from a broad understanding of the different approaches (with clarity of the difference between the five ways to address conflict)
  • Focus on the four ways to lead and knowing what authentic leadership really means
  • Knowing the seven ways to create or build relationships, and the seven core human values
  • Improved personal leadership in the workplace and in personal life
  • More individual and team motivation and greater team engagement levels

Managers or leaders from CEO/Executive manager level to Supervisor, or employees identified for future leadership positions (courses are tailored for each group)
