Course Aim: To improve participants' feedback in order to best manage people's performance (This is a core module)

Course Description: Workshop Format and includes skill practices

  • Knowing the composition of complete feedback and Losada's ratio
  • Insights on aspects of human psychology which are critical to effective feedback
  • Increased emotional intelligence in the workplace and in personal life (and appreciation of others)
  • Ability to give the three levels of feedback and understanding how it is impacted by diversity
  • More frequent and a higher quality of feedback in the organisation
  • Sensitivity to key aspects of language in feedback
  • Improved implementation of performance management systems (leading to an increase to the applied potential of others in the workplace)
  • Enhanced team engagement and individual performance levels
