Key Design Approach

"It is what you learn after you know it all that counts" - John Wooden

MarkTwo Consulting consultants have been advising clients for over 15 years and it adapts the design to the specific needs of the client and usually it is about staff performance where:

  Performance = function {Behaviour} => Behaviour = function {Thinking} and function {Feeling}

In other words someone will only perform (act successfully) in the work place if they know how to do it, and they want to do it - either part on its own is insufficient. The 'know how to do' (intellectual knowledge) has a relatively low validity for identifying who will perform the best and it equates to about 1% probability better than random (or 51% chance) of differentiating between successful applicants by using this approach!

Therefore MarkTwo Consulting designs and implements its assessment or developmental approach differently to address the wider concerns. It does this by looking specifically at the situation and particular circumstances of the client organisation and customizing its approach accordingly. It also evaluates holistically and provides development on all four intelligences (while many processes only look at one or two of them). It also maintains an ethical approach and so makes sure that the process respects each individual involved.
