The Universal Hierarchy Report is derived from patterns of response which identify the underlying strengths and development areas a person has. In particular these are formed by `triangulating' references from these seven major world typologies which means that only 14 multiple choice questions are required. This provides up to 46 pages of personal in depth report yet the on-line questionnaire typically only takes about 20 minutes to complete.
Not only does it provide a measure of a person's behaviour versus their intention across cultures but it also;
- is less expensive
- is built on a comprehensive underlying model of human nature, and
- is easier and quicker to administer
- simultaneously identifies what others generally think of you.

The Questionnaire only takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and there are four versions of the Report available. Your personal report is up to 50 pages long (depending on which of the four Reports you choose) and the UHM is ideal for coaching, mentoring, counseling and teaching. It is used for both life and executive coaching, and it helps with things such as:
