Background and Experience
Jenni has been part of the Information Technology community for the past twenty years with a background spanning from highly technical roles through to human resource management. She joined the Nab (National Australia Bank) as a junior technician and worked through various roles within Technology - analysis, systems programming, testing and portfolio office. While at Nab, Jenni also gained experience in Human Resources specifically in the areas of Organisational Development, Learning and Development and Workforce Management. She was responsible for large scale recruitment of contract and permanent staff including graduate recruitment and management. Since leaving nab she has continued to work in large corporate companies in a combination of IT and HR management roles.
Having seen first hand the strain people often work under in large companies she developed an interest in Health and Wellbeing with a view towards roles that encompass a more humanistic direction and which help people’s overall wellbeing.
