Background and Experience
Barbara has extensive experience in and with corporate, education and manufacturing environments, is a highly regarded senior facilitator who has implemented, delivered and analyzed training programs for varoius internmaitonal consultancies and educational organisations, such as DDI, Hudson, Victoria University, and Holmesglen TAFE, and in doing so has worked with a wide variety of organizations and across all levels. She also has over 10 years experience within Telstra covering careers within Customer Care, Human Resources, Call Centre Management and Senior Development Consultant with Corporate Employee Relations.
Career Highlights
Barbara is a specialist in the areas of facilitation (particularly around the soft skills required of leaders now and into the future), executive coaching (promoting behavioural change) and behavioural assessment.
As a trained behavioural observer, Barbara has run and participated in many small and large assessment centres where she has observed, documented, evaluated, reported and fed back behavioural data to hundreds of people.
Through her experiences she has gathered the ability to quickly build rapport, engage audiences through drawing on her own and others experience and tenaciously support individual and corporate growth through open honest feedback covering strengths and development needs
